say hi/hello/goodbye/ to sb 给某人说你好/拜拜
没有say sb sth。say后面不能直接加sb,但可以加某事物,如：say the words。say后面可以加从句,如：He said that I was wrong .他说我错了。固定句型：say sth to sb.如：I say that thing to you.我把那件事说给你。
这两个基本用法是tell sb sth, say sth to sb.
say和人之间要加to。say sth to sb，对某人说什么。

say sth to sb 是强调内容 如 say goodbye to your mother 而tell sth tosb 则是只是单纯的说，也等于tell sb sth 再加一个告诉你 ：talk with sb 双方都有交谈
